Das Fashion Outlet Zevenaar ist an einem Standort direkt an der Autobahn A12 (Autobahn A3) geplant. Von der Ausfahrt bis zum Standort braucht man derzeit etwa 4 bis 7 Minuten.

Um die Erreichbarkeit des Outlets weiter zu optimieren, hat die Gemeinde ein Verfahren für eine neue Ausfahrt vor dem Outlet eingeleitet. Dadurch wird die Fahrzeit von der Autobahn aus weniger als 2 Minuten betragen. Leider hat sich das Verfahren verzögert, aber die gute Nachricht ist, dass der Staatsrat nun endlich bestätigt hat, dass die gerichtliche Entscheidung im ersten Quartal 2024 fallen wird.

Fashion Outlet Zevenaar is being developed at a location right next to the A12 motorway (Autobahn A3). In the current situation, it takes around 4 to 7 minutes to drive from the exit to the site. Compared to many other outlets, Fashion Outlet Zevenaar is already easily accessible.

However, to further optimise accessibility to the Outlet, the municipality has initiated proceedings for a new exit in front of the Outlet. This will make the drive time less than 2 minutes from the motorway. Unfortunately, the procedure has been delayed, but the good news is that the Council of State has now finally confirmed that the court decision will be made in Q1 of 2024.
